I am pleased to offer you this time for you to discover meditation. This free workshop will introduce you to basic meditation practice, and is designed to hold the space for you to go within and connect to yourself. I will guide you through a meditation that will leave you feeling centered, relaxed yet energized with more mental clarity and balance to promote healing. There will be time to process your experience and share with the group.
