Get ready to embark on a new sacred journey of self discovery and renewal into the New Year! This is a 7 week exploration of experiencing each energy wheel (chakra) through crystals, gemstones, saging, meditation and chakra dance. Each week we will go on an inner journey of meditation of each chakra, its properties and incorporate aromatherapy oils and custom blends to enhance your soul imprint and essential needs. We will discuss what a chakra is, how we meditate and tap into these energies and how they reflect and affect our beings and our lives. We will incorporate chakra movement, breathwork and closing ceremony of soul collaging and chakra dance! Rediscover yourself and tap into your highest soul purpose while you heal and harmonize your body, mind and spirit. Journals, crystals, oils and art supplies provided. This is a closed group.
