Don't miss this special Valentine yoga practice to be shared by you and your sweetheart! Join Cathy for what's sure to be a meeting of the mind body and spirit! ALL LEVELS ARE WELCOME. We will begin with a warm up of pranayama (breathwork) to awaken our senses infused with aromatherapy oils. The practice will then be led into a flow and sequence where you and your partner will team up using weight resistance, trust and release techniques. You will also be introduced to some fundamental flying techniques used in aerial yoga!! Closing savasana includes a neck massage with essential oils that you and your sweetie will offer to each other. Then un”wine” with a relaxing glass of wine and enjoy some dark chocolates!!
