This class will help you understand how to practice yoga properly and safely. You will move through a continuous natural rhythm of movement designed to build a strong foundation for your yoga practice.
We will take poses with a graceful, steady approach finding ease in our action. There is less strain for the mind and body in this smooth flowing routine. This class is appropriate for everyone from pregnant individuals to those recovering from an illness/injury. All can benefit from this style of yoga!
Going deeper into a quiet mind-body experience, by working with our breath during this moving meditation, will enhance our capacity to be healthy, calm, aware and fully present - ultimately allowing the mind/body to release mental, emotional and physical tension.
