Circle Qi QiGong is a wonderful form with circular movements.
The intention is to awaken and circulate Qi in your body without any force, but in a graceful and gentle way.
The effect of the whole form is powerful.
It opens the chi-flow in your chest, detoxifies kidneys, liver and digestive tract, and uplifts your energy level.
It improves strength and flexibility, especially in hip joints and knees, and helps to develop a stronger core.
The result of practicing is mental alertness and inner peace.
75 mins INTRO class: warm-up, a few QiGong movements with proper breathing, short meditation, self-massage and relaxation.
Recommended level: Beginner and Intermediate. For people ages 18-55
What to bring: Please wear comfortable clothes, and bring your yoga mat and a water bottle.
