Join us in a stimulating workshop where each of the 6 feelings and states of being are explored using the Young Living Essential Oils Feelings Kit.
Each oil will be paired with a posture as we move through a yoga flow, giving you the opportunity to journal and reflect on your experience after each pose.
Share your experience with us as we discuss and reflect after class.
Everyone will leave with a mini oil blend as well as a positive affirmation card!
