Yoga is an amazing practice that can be healing, it can also exacerbate our postural issues and cause discomfort. Good News, you can fix that, this workshop will help.

This anatomy workshop is designed for the student who wants to gain more knowledge and understanding of their body, its movements and what it takes to feel good. Through this physical practice of yoga, we will explore our natural range of motion and postural habits that contribute to discomfort and gain skills to develop new patterns that will lead to strength and an overall sense of feeling good. Find the alignment in your practice that works for your body and see the transformation. All levels welcome.
