FREE EVENT - Pranayama, Mudras and Nidra

Pranayama & Yoga Nidra Relaxation Session
Join us in this special workshop dedicated to various forms of Pranayama (breathwork), some including hand mudras, and concluding with a Yoga Nidra Savasana.
At the beginning of this event, we will use different forms of breathing exercises to calm body, mind and spirit. This is intended to open and awaken the chakra system, and let life giving Prana move more freely in and around the body.
After this practice, we will move into savasana (final resting pose). Laying on the floor with the use of any props you desire to find ultimate comfort. During the Yoga Nidra section of this workshop you will be guided through the subtle body using various relaxation techniques, visulizations, imagery, and awareness of breath.
This practice is accessible for all levels, and everybody. I will offer suggestions and and guidance along the way. All you need to do is show up, breathe, relax and let your awareness remain while your body rests.
