About Holistic Psychotherapy:

Holistic Therapy is based on psychosynthesis, a technique that addresses the Physical, Mental, Spiritual and emotional distress that result from anxiety, depression and other emotional issues. This form of therapy focuses on the relationship people have with themselves and their world and how this expressed through their sense of feeling, thinking and being. Clients are taught to identify their situations of concern and learn ways to heal themselves. They are then empowered to address any difficult situations that manifest in the future in a healthier, more productive and beneficial ways. The idea is to identify and address symptoms of psychological and emotional distress before they infect the rest of the body as a whole. The strategies used are developed and created by the client from his or her own interests and strengths. This method of gaining inner knowledge and self-awareness aims to guide people on their own self journey toward self-discovery and healing. Psychosynthesis uncovers one’s spiritual being and then applies this discovery to life’s experiences. This technique allows people to recognize their true life purpose; by doing this it enables people to live more harmoniously and creatively. Psychosynthesis maintains a synergy that one should be in harmony with all living things and teaches spirit of cooperation by bringing insight and relational depth to one’s existence in the evolutionary process.
