This course is a practice of mindfulness. How many times do you chew? Most people chew 10-15 times maximum today due to their busy lives. In this course we will increase our chews to 50 to 100 times. You will also learn the benefits of chewing. You will learn how chewing can alkaline the body, improve digestion and the immune system.
