QiGong is a powerful system of healing and energy medicine from China.
It includes breathing techniques, gentle movements, stretching and meditation to cleanse, strengthen, and circulate the life energy (qi -”chee”) in your body.
In this Intro class you will learn about:
The benefits of QiGong in daily life
The difference between Yoga, QiGong and Taichi
QiGong breathing and its impact on physical and mental health
Simple QiGong exercises and acupressure massage to release anxiety and stress

BEGINNERS CLASS for ages 18-65.
