We are pleased to announce that NANCI CHARNEY is joining our team as yoga instructor!!

Our yoga instructor, Nanci Charney began practicing yoga when she was seeking a change from her traditional fitness routine. What she discovered was life changing. She learned that yoga is a moving meditation, offering the chance to find both freedom and refuge in the body. She believes that yoga, if practiced mindfully, can be a transformative experience leading to increased self awareness. Nanci's passion for yoga's restorative benefits led her to become a certified Yoga Instructor. Yoga brought her a grounding, a sense of calm and personal fulfillment. She left the corporate world to help others experience the merits of yoga. She is skilled in gentle yoga and stretching, and a Vinyasa fusion style of yoga. She is eager to welcome new yogis as they discover the therapeutic value of yoga for mind, body and soul.

Nanci invites you let the gift of yoga inspire you as well. It will relax your body, awaken your mind, and open your heart. Taking the first step is always the most challenging, but it’s also the most rewarding. She hopes to see you on the mat soon.
