Meditation & Energy Balancing

A 90min personal experience which may allow you to open up to the possibility of greater individual and spiritual growth.
In this class you will be introduced to ancient methods of a practice called mindfulness. As we develop a more mindful state, we now view ourselves, others, and the world around us with a much clearer perception. The tool used for this shift in our consciousness is called meditation.

Energy balancing as a tool in meditation
You will be shown the fine points of developing and enhancing this skill. Even if you have tried in the past to sit in meditation and found it difficult, you may find that this class can assist you in achieving this skill. Those that struggle the most with meditation often find it benefits them the most. You may even surprise yourself!
These practices will be simplified so that you can integrate them into your daily life and thus reap the full benefit. You only need to see it for yourself as you move in the direction that is right for you.
